New Patient Discovery Call

Your first visit as a new patient. This session includes a health history review, a personalized acupuncture treatment, and a tailored plan for ongoing care.

Initial Intake + Acupuncture

Your first visit as a new patient. This session includes a health history review, a personalized acupuncture treatment, a herbal consultation and a tailored plan for ongoing care.

Choose this one if you would like herbal treatment.
Continuation of treatment with subsequent appointments will have no extra charge for herbal consult.

Initial Intake + Acupuncture + Herbal Consult

For existing patients only.
These follow-up sessions focus on continued treatment without the initial intake process, this will include a follow-up, further assessment and an acupuncture session.

Acupuncture - 60 Minutes

Available for existing clients who have an established treatment plan. This session is focused solely on acupuncture, without in-depth discussions, new herbal prescriptions, or major adjustments. Ideal for maintaining progress and continuity of care.

Acupuncture - 45 Minutes

For existing patients only.
These follow-up sessions focus on continued treatment without the initial intake process, this will include a follow-up, further assessment and an acupuncture session. The extra time allows for a longer acupuncture session.

Acupuncture - 90 Minutes

Please choose this appointment if you have an active ICBC claim number to bill for and it's your first appointment for the claim.

ICBC -  Initial Acupuncture - 60 Minutes

Please choose this appointment if we have already had your initial appointment and you have an active ICBC claim we are billing for.

ICBC - Subsequent Acupuncture - 50 Minutes

For new patients looking for herbal assessments include a thorough intake and a customized herbal prescription but do not include acupuncture treatment.

Please note: Herbal prescriptions are prepared in-office for your convenience at an extra cost of $20/week.

Initial Intake + Herbal Consultation (In Person)

For existing patients who have already been prescribed herbal formulas but require a continuation of focused assessment and modifications. Does not include acupuncture. 

Please note: Herbal prescriptions are prepared in-office  and can be picked up at your convenience at an extra cost of $20/week.

Herbal Follow Up - 45 Minutes (In Person)

For new patients looking for herbal assessments include a thorough intake and a customized herbal prescription but do not include acupuncture treatment.

This is for any remote patients who would still like to access herbal consult with Natalia Moroz. We can organize either a shipment of herbs to your address (at an extra cost) or an emailed prescription you can fill out at your nearest chinese herbal pharmacy.

Initial Herbal Consult - Virtual - 60 Minutes

This appointment is booked as a virtual follow-up for patients on a herbal formula. It is booked when we see the need for a check-in, tongue analysis and a more in depth chat to support herbal treatment.
